1. Introduction
Welcome to Hotel Hilo ("Hotel", "we", "us", "our"). By booking a stay at our hotel, guests ("you", "your", "guest(s)") agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience for all visitors.
2. Booking & Payment
Reservations require a valid credit card and full payment in advance.
Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed in writing.
A security deposit may be required at check-in to cover incidental charges.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Valid government-issued ID and a credit card matching the booking name are required at check-in.
4.Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary based on the selected booking dates. Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows will be charged the full stay amount.
Refunds for early departures are not provided.
5. Guest Conduct & Behavior
Noise Policy: Due to the nature of our venue, noise levels will be high, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays until 4 AM and during programmed events on Thursdays and Sundays until midnight. Guests should be aware that sound from the nightclub may carry into rooms, especially on the weekends. Quiet hours apply from Monday to Wednesday. Excessive disturbances outside of these designated times may result in removal from the property without a refund.
Room Occupancy: Maximum occupancy per room is strictly enforced. Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight.
Respect for Property: Damage to hotel property, fixtures, or technology will result in charges to cover repair or replacement costs.
Alcohol & Substance Use: Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas. Illegal substances and excessive intoxication will not be tolerated.
Behavior Expectations: Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other guests will result in immediate removal.
6. Smoking & Substance Policy
Hotel Hilo is a Smoking-Designated property.
Smoking or vaping inside rooms will result in a $500 fine and potential eviction off the property.
The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
7. Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay.
The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
By staying at the hotel, guests waive any liability claims against the hotel for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by gross negligence.
8. Security & Access
Only registered guests may access guest floors.
Security staff may conduct ID checks to ensure guest safety.
Tampering with security features (including cameras and fire safety equipment) is strictly prohibited.
9. Hotel Amenities & Services
Use of facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
Hotel staff reserves the right to deny access to amenities due to inappropriate behavior.
The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items left in public areas.
10. Technology & Internet Use
Guests must not use hotel Wi-Fi for illegal or disruptive online activity.
Any attempt to hack, modify, or tamper with hotel technology or booking systems is strictly prohibited.
11. Special Events & VIP Areas
The Green Room VIP Area is reserved for designated guests. Unauthorized entry will result in removal.
Exclusive bookings and bottle service require advance reservations and payment.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in VIP or common areas.
12. Photography & Media
Professional photography and filming require prior approval.
Guests consent to being in candid photography or event footage taken in public hotel spaces unless otherwise stated.
13. Force Majeure
The hotel is not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or power outages.
14. Disputes & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jefferson County.
Any disputes must be resolved through arbitration before legal action.
15. Amendments & Updates
The hotel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Guests are responsible for reviewing policies prior to booking.
